Another good day for Josh

Joshua had another good day today.  He was able to open his eyes and give thumbs up when asked.  He had his hip surgery today and everything seemed to go well.  That is all we have heard about that.  He has been resting for most of the day but so far he is progressing more and more each day.  We are so hopeful that he will have a slow but good recovery.  My dad and brothers were able to give Josh a really nice blessing last night and our family has faith that he will continue to progress.  I don't know what we would do without the blessings of the gospel.  We all feel the comfort of the Holy Ghost carrying us through this hard time.  We also feel the prayers of so many people helping us get through this trial.

Oh thank goodness, I'm thankful to know that our prayers are being answered! Thank you for being so good about keeping us updated! Aside from the Zions account, what else can I do to help?

You have been in our thoughts and prayers. Though we know his recovery will be long and hard he is blessed to have family and faith.

What a tough week you guys have had. I can't stop thinking of what you are going through. Please let us know if there is anyhting we can do. We would love to have the kids if you need to spend some time at the hospital. You can drop them off any time for a playdate. Otherwise, just know you are in our prayers!

We are pleased to hear that Josh seems to be doing a little bit better every day.

I have been on the phone with Arlen's brother Marvin. He wants me to let your folks know that he's thinking of your family and praying for Josh.

We are so very thankful to you and your family for the Zion's bank account in behalf of Joshua. It helps us feel like we are helping to some degree to donate what little bit we can. But more than that we are glad to offer our fasting and prayers and faith.

Please let Josh know we love him and are thinking of him and your whole family.

Love from the Arlen Alleman Family
